This jewel casket by Stylebuilt Accessories, New York, has reticulated filigree metal with a 24kt gold-plated finish which is said to be tarnish proof. The lid is beveled glass mounted in gold-plated metal and is hinged. This round box measures 2 ½” tall x approx. 3 ¼” in diameter. It has four footed Fleur De Lis legs. The bottom is lined with tan velvet fabric. Appears to be have been used lovingly over the years as a décor but still in good condition. It still retains the original makers label. It is from the 1940s – 1960s. US$ 50.00.
